Return and Refund Policy

At Disc0nnected, we want you to be happy with your order. But we also live in reality, where not everything goes as planned. Sometimes a package gets lost, a size isn’t quite right, or life just happens. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered—within reason. Here’s how it works.
1. Your right to change your mind (aka: the legal part)
Because we’re based in Luxembourg, you have 14 days to change your mind after receiving your order. No explanations needed. Just let us know, send it back, and we’ll refund you. Simple.

How to notify us: e-mail us at info@disc0nnected.com with your order number and a short message saying you want to return it.

Timeframe: you have 14 days from receiving the item to let us know. After that, you have another 14 days to send it back.

Who pays for return shipping? You do, unless the item was defective or we messed up.

Refunds: We’ll process it within 14 days of getting the return, back to your original payment method.
2. Return conditions (aka: don’t send us your old laundry)
We want you to be happy, but we also can’t take back just anything. To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition (we’ll know if you wore it while binging Netflix).

Original packaging preferred – helps keep things simple.

Proof of purchase required – we’re good, but we can’t magically guess which order was yours.
3. What you can’t return
We keep it fair, but some things just aren’t returnable:

Gift cards – digital or physical.

Customized or personalized items – if you chose a special print, that’s yours to keep.

Final sale items – if we marked it final, it’s final.
4. Received the wrong or defective item? We’ll fix it.
If we sent you the wrong item, or if it arrived damaged, that’s on us. Here’s what to do:

Send us photos of the issue – it helps speed things up.

We’ll offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation. And yes, we cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
5. Exchanges (because sometimes you pick the wrong size)
We don’t do direct exchanges, but here’s a workaround:

Return your item by following the steps above.

Place a new order for the size or item you want.

Once we receive your return, we’ll refund you as per our standard policy.
6. How to send a return (aka: don’t just drop it in the mailbox)

E-mail us first – we’ll give you return instructions to our Luxembourg address.

Package it properly – nobody likes getting a destroyed return.

Use a trackable shipping method – if your return gets lost and there’s no proof you sent it, we can’t refund you.
7. Refunds – how long does it take?
Once we receive your return and approve it:

we’ll process your refund within 14 days.

it will go back to your original payment method. No, we can’t send you cash in an envelope.
8. Refund not showing up?
Give it some time – banks and payment providers move at their own speed. If you still don’t see it after a few days:

Check your bank account (sounds obvious, but still).

Contact your credit card company – sometimes it takes a few days.

E-mail us if you’re still waiting after 14 days.
9. Changes to this policy
Sometimes we update our policies. If we change something major, we’ll let you know. Otherwise, check back here whenever you feel like reading legal stuff.
