Shipping Policy

1. Who makes and ships your order?

We work with printify and their network of trusted print partners around the world. This means your order is printed and shipped from the location closest to you whenever possible. This keeps delivery times down and your carbon footprint a little lighter. Win-Win.

2. How long does it take?

Production time: our products are made on demand. No dusty t-shirt piles in a warehouse here.

  • production typically takes 2 to 7 business days after you place your order. We know waiting sucks, but quality takes a minute.

Shipping time: once your order is printed, it’s on its way.

  • Europe: 5-10 business days.

  • USA: 3-8 business days.

  • Canada: 5-12 business days.

  • International: 10-30 business days (yep, the world is big, and customs can be slow).

Please note: delivery times are estimates. We wish we could control customs delays and postal speed, but alas, we’re not that powerful (yet).

3. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We keep it transparent—no surprise fees lurking at the end.

4. Where do we ship?

Almost everywhere. We ship to most countries, but there are a few places even our best partners can’t reach due to carrier restrictions. If we can’t ship to you, you’ll know at checkout.

5. Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link via email or in your order's profile page. Use it. Stalk your package. Watch it move closer to you. It’s part of the fun.

6. Customs fees and import taxes

If you’re outside the eu, your order might be subject to customs duties or taxes when it arrives. We wish we could make these disappear, but that’s up to your local government.

  • These fees are your responsibility. check your country’s import policies if you’re worried about surprises.

7. Lost or delayed orders

Sometimes things go wrong. If your order is stuck in shipping purgatory or seems to have vanished, contact us at info@disc0nnected.com. We’ll look into it and do our best to make it right.

8. Wrong address?

​Double-check your address before hitting that order button. If you spot a mistake after placing your order, email us asap. Once an order is in production, we can’t change the address. If your package gets returned to us because of a wrong address, we can reship it, but you’ll need to cover the cost.

9. Changes to this policy

We might update this policy occasionally if shipping methods, partners, or global conditions shift. Any major updates will be posted here.
